Financial Policy
Al Fawzy Dental maintains a clear and transparent financial policy designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and respect for both our patients and our professional operations. All services offered by our clinics, including consultations, treatments, procedures, and diagnostic evaluations, must be paid in full before the service is rendered, unless an alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon in writing in advance. Payment can be made using any of our accepted methods, including cash, debit or credit card, or bank transfer, and receipts are issued immediately upon completion of the transaction. Invoices may be provided upon request or as part of treatment plans, especially in cases involving multi-visit care or phased procedures. However, it is important to understand that all payments — including deposits for future services, advance bookings, or prepaid packages — are considered final. Al Fawzy Dental enforces a strict no-refund policy, without exception.
This means that once any amount has been paid to Al Fawzy Dental, regardless of the payment type or the nature of the service booked, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. This includes situations where a patient chooses to cancel, fails to attend an appointment, experiences a change in personal circumstances, or expresses dissatisfaction with an outcome. Our clinic invests significant resources in preparation, staff allocation, equipment setup, and clinical time the moment an appointment is confirmed. Even for services that have not yet commenced, if a deposit or full payment has been made, that amount remains non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, allow a credit to be applied toward future services if a rescheduling request is received with adequate notice. However, this is not guaranteed and should not be expected as a form of refund or reimbursement.
All pricing for treatments and procedures is subject to change without prior notice, especially in cases where market conditions, material costs, or external service rates affect our operations. Any quoted prices are valid only for the duration they are issued and confirmed. Errors in pricing, whether published online or communicated verbally, may be corrected prior to final billing, and we reserve the right to adjust such errors without obligation. Patients are responsible for all taxes, regulatory fees, or surcharges that apply to their treatment or payment method. In the event of any disagreement regarding a billed amount, we ask that you raise the concern within seven business days of the invoice date. After this period, the amount will be considered accurate and payable in full. All billing-related inquiries are reviewed with care, and we aim to resolve any dispute promptly and professionally. The security of your financial data is extremely important to us. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems, and sensitive payment data is never stored or transmitted without strict compliance with financial regulations and data protection laws.
We reserve the right to update this financial policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be made available on our website and will apply immediately to all current and future patients. By proceeding with a booking, making a payment, or receiving services at Al Fawzy Dental, you confirm your full understanding and agreement with this financial policy.
